Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All orders placed in our store go through a processing period of 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

We work with international suppliers and ship to several countries across Europe. Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 25 business days, depending on the destination country, local logistics, and peak demand periods.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Strikes or logistical issues

  • Seasonal high demand

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

 

Order Tracking

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the delivery.

Taxes and Duties

Depending on the destination country, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with applicable European e-commerce regulations.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must show no signs of use

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories must be included

Products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within 7 days after receiving the item, providing photos or videos showing the issue.

After evaluation, we may:

  • Send a replacement product

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Offer store credit

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 5 to 15 business days to appear in the customer’s account.​​​
